All transactions for the purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, online resource materials, and online content are considered Digital products. These digital products are delivered electronically. For that reason, all sales on Pre-K Let's Play of digital products and digital resources are considered final, nonrefundable, and non-returnable.

Exceptions/Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@prekletsplay.com if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong digital item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
